自实行新课改以来,烟台第十五中学本着“以科研促教研、以教研促教学”的指导思想,立足学校实际,以教育科研为先导,以服务教育教学为原则,以全面提高教师整体素质为核心,积极开展校本教研活动,全面建构学校教科研体系,取得了明显的成效。至此,教科研工作在校园蓬勃开展,学校特色不断彰显。
