目的:分析磁石药材的质量,为建立科学、可行的质量标准提供基础资料。方法:收集全国不同的磁石样品27份,通过外观形态、内部构造及全铁含量等方面进行分析。结果:磁石外观差异明显;矿物组成主为磁铁矿;所分析样品中,19个生品含铁量>50%的仅9个,8个炮制品含铁量>45%的仅3个。结论:磁石合格率低,药材的净制方法有待进一步改进,以保证临床用药的安全、有效,质量可控。
Objective: To analyze the quality of magnet medicine and provide basic information for establishing scientific and feasible quality standards. Methods: Twenty-seven different samples of magnetism were collected from China. The appearance, internal structure and total iron content were analyzed. Results: There was obvious difference in magnet appearance. The main mineral composition was magnetite. Among the samples analyzed, only nine of 19 samples with iron content> 50% and only 3 of 8 samples with iron content> 45%. Conclusion: The qualified rate of magnet is low and the net preparation method of medicinal materials needs to be further improved to ensure the safe, effective and quality control of clinical medication.
