目的 :建立复方板蓝根颗粒中靛蓝和靛玉红的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,固定相为 Spherisorb C1 8柱 ,以醋酸铵 -甲醇 (3 7∶ 63 ,v∶ v)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80 nm,测定该制剂中靛蓝和靛玉红的含量。结果 :靛蓝平均回收率为99.2 % ,RSD为 1.0 % ;靛玉红平均回收率为 10 1.1% ,RSD为 1.8%。结论 :本法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,可以作为复方板蓝根颗粒的质量控制指标
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of indigo and indirubin in compound Banlangen granules. Methods: The reverse phase HPLC method was used. The stationary phase was Spherisorb C18 column. The mobile phase was ammonium acetate-methanol (37: 63, v: v). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Indirubin content. Results: The average recovery of indigo was 99.2% and the RSD was 1.0 %. The average recovery rate of indirubin was 10 1.1% and the RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and can be used as a quality control index for compound Banlangen granules.
