人卵透明带(hZP)在精卵识别与结合、诱发顶体胞吐(AE)以及阻止多重受精等方面起关键作用。目前已知hZP由4种糖蛋白构成,即hZP1、hZP2、hZP3和hZP4。本文就重组DNA技术获得的rhZP和从人卵中分离纯化的天然ZP在精子结合的特点、诱发AE的能力方面进行综述。
Human zona pellucida (hZP) plays a key role in sperm-egg recognition and binding, inducing acrosomal exocytosis (AE), and preventing multiple fertilization. It is currently known that hZP consists of four glycoproteins, hZP1, hZP2, hZP3 and hZP4. In this paper, rhZP obtained by recombinant DNA technology and natural ZP purified from human eggs were reviewed in terms of the characteristics of sperm binding and the ability to induce AE.
