1991年,我院通过技术鉴定的科研项目共有20项,其中交通部下达的“七五”期间研究课题是:“船舶轴带发电机的可行性研究”、“船舶操纵系统软件”、“船舶气象导航仪”、“船舶综合节能系统”、“船舶自适应保持控制装置”、“内河航运通信建设方案及关键技术的研究”;国家自然科学基金资助课题辽东半岛沿海开放港口发展战略研究;国家教委优秀年轻教师基金资助课题“自动雷达避碰决策系统”;国家教委高校博士点专项科研基金课题“提高柴油机缸套抗穴蚀性能的研究”;横向开发课题“秦皇岛港生产调度管理信息系统”、“港作船舶经济使用年限的研究”、“DMC—620型变电所微机网络测控系统”;大连市科委课题“磨粒磨损材料的研究”;院自选课题“模糊灰色预测模型及在港口货物吞吐量预测中的应用”、“彩色金相技术在离子轰击化学热处理上的应用研究”、“HX-08型金属清洗剂”、“电子线路计算机辅助教学的研究”、“波形识别的研究”、“等离子处理过程中ε相γ相产生处理及其性能关系”、“预应力混凝土输水管保护层喷涂机”.这些研究课题已先后分别通过了交通部科技司、大连市科委及我院等单位组织的技术鉴定会.其中贾欣乐教授主持的“船舶操纵系统软件”研究和冒天诚教授、田纪熊副教授
