新课程理念下,建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系,学生在自由愉悦的心态下积极参与教学,才能最大限度地发挥师生双方在教学中的主动性和创造性。教师要设法创设愉快的学习情景,建立融洽的师生关系,体现“教师是‘教’的主体,学生是‘学’的主人”的现代师生关系观,教师的角色定位要准确,在自己全身心“投入”教学的同时,尽量发挥学生在学习中的主体地位。
