朱利安·罗特的社会学习理论简评

罗特的行为学习理论是行为主义逐渐向社会学习理论的过渡,他在两者之间打起了第一个桥梁,为米歇尔和班杜拉等人的理论产生和发展起了重要的启迪作用。在国外,罗特的思想有广泛的影响,也受到了较高的评价;而中国心理学界对罗特及其思想的介绍并不多。为此,本文对罗特的社会行为学习理论进行系统介绍和剖析,以期对我国的心理学研究及当前的教育改革等提供心理学依据。 Roth’s behavioral learning theory is the gradual transition of behaviorism to social learning theory. He played the first bridge between the two and played an important role in the theory generation and development of Michelle and Bandura Enlightenment. In other countries, Roth’s thought has a wide range of influence and has been highly appraised; however, there is not much introduction of Roth and his thought in the Chinese psychology community. Therefore, this article systematically introduces and analyzes Rotter’s theory of social behavior learning, in the hope of providing a psychological basis for our country’s psychology research and current education reform.
