太钢烧结厂用于抽风的二号风机,系国外设计制造,1970年安装运行。运行初期,转子平均寿命1~2年。但近几年,转子寿命显著缩短,转子和轴承,平均每3~6个月更换一次。转子频繁更换,给生产带来了严重的影响。为寻求转子寿命缩短的原因,我们对二号风机进行了故障的振动诊断。 振动诊断的原理如图1所示。电机1通过齿式联轴节2驱动转子旋转,安装在止推轴承5上径向和轴向的加速度传感器7拾取由于转子故障引起的振动信号,振动信号经阻抗变换器8由磁带记录仪9记录下来。录

Frequent replacement of the rotor, to produce a serious impact. To find the reason for the shortened rotor life, we conducted a fault diagnosis of the vibration of the No. 2 fan. The principle of vibration diagnosis is shown in Fig.1. The motor 1 drives the rotor to rotate through the gear coupling 2, and the radial and axial acceleration sensors 7 mounted on the thrust bearing 5 pick up the vibration signal due to the rotor failure. The vibration signal is amplified by the tape recorder 9 record it. record
