以黄瓜褐斑病〔Corynespora cassiicola(Berk.&Curt.)Wei.〕为供试病原菌,通过室内生物活性测定和田间小区防效试验,测定了噁酮锰锌对黄瓜褐斑病的防效。室内生物活性测定结果表明,噁酮锰锌和代森锰锌对黄瓜褐斑病菌的EC_(50)分别为1.16 mg·L~(-1)和6.23 mg·L~(-1)。田间试验结果表明,用68.75%噁酮锰锌水分散粒剂468.0、625.5、937.5 g·hm~(-2)连续3次施药后,对黄瓜褐斑病的防效可达到78.61%、89.33%和90.28%。且试验浓度下对黄瓜安全,无药害产生。
Cucumber brown spot cucumber leaf spot 〔Corynespora cassiicola (Berk. & Curt.) Wei.〕 As tested pathogens, indoor bioassay and field control test to determine the efficacy of manganese and zinc on cucumber leaf spot. The indoor bioassay results showed that EC 50 of CuMV and CuM were 1.16 mg · L -1 and 6.23 mg · L -1, respectively. The results of field experiments showed that the cucumber leaf spot control efficiency was 78.61% after treated with 68.75% MMA-MnW 468.0, 625.5 and 937.5 g · hm -2 three times in succession, and the control efficiency was 78.61% and 89.33% % And 90.28%. And the test concentration of cucumber safe, no phytotoxicity.
