本文探讨用信号源的相对频率起伏的阿仑方差描述它的频率稳定度。因为测量次数m总是有限的,所以只能求得随m而变化的阿仑方差的估值。计算了常见的频率起伏谱密度的阿仑方差,推算了评定频率稳定度的相对不精确性(作为m的函数)。这一理论就相位白噪声和频率闪变噪声进行了检验。对计算的主要前提—频率起伏的高斯特性,进行了验证。计算频率稳定度所得的m与不精确性(1σ)之间的关系值,同予叶值是一致的。 This article explores the frequency stability of a signal source with its relative frequency fluctuation of the Allan variance. Since the number of measurements m is always finite, only the estimate of the Allan variance as a function of m can be found. The Allan variability of the common frequency fluctuation spectral density was calculated and the relative inaccuracy of the frequency stability was evaluated (as a function of m). This theory tests the phase white noise and frequency flicker noise. The calculation of the main premise - the frequency fluctuations Gaussian characteristics were verified. Calculating the frequency stability of the relationship between m and imprecision (1σ) is the same as the one to the leaf value.
