目的:探讨苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)对患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)和瘦素(LP)的影响。方法:将60例多囊卵巢综合症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组仅予二甲双胍治疗,疗效程均为3月。治疗前后评价2组中医证候量化评分、体质指数(BMI),检测血清性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)]、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗后2组中医证候评分值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组评分下降较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH、T值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且治疗组LH下降较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组HOMA-IR、LP值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组HOMA-IR、LP值下降较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍能有效改善多囊卵巢综合征患者中医证候,降低内分泌激素水平,疗效显著。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Cang Dao Dantan Decoction combined with metformin on insulin resistance (IR) and leptin (LP) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
