在工商管理学科研究中 ,企业领导科学始终是一个人们备加关注的重大课题。进入 2 1世纪以来 ,世界各国的工商管理研究者和实务者都深刻地感受到 :时代的变化对于企业领导已经产生了新的需要、新的要求 ,而这种新的需要和新的要求与过去相比亦有着很大程度的区别。因此 ,当今企业领导的转型正在凸显出不可回避的客观必然性和新的发展趋势。 2 0 0 4年 4月中旬 ,安徽大学工商管理学院与在菲律宾乃至东亚工商管理学界享有颇高知名度的菲律宾德拉塞尔大学工商管理学院在合肥举行“2 1世纪企业管理创新国际研讨会” ,会议的一个论题便是“2 1世纪的企业领导”。菲律宾德拉塞尔大学工商管理学教授爱彼芬娜·安弗妮女士在会上就此专题发表了学术报告 ,得到与会学者的良好反响。笔者在与会期间 ,借助翻译专访了安弗妮教授。
