港西4区聚合物驱的目的层属河流相沉积,油层非均质性严重。为了改善注水井吸水剖面并验证聚合物对油层的适用性及经聚合物调整吸水剖面后注水井能够顺利进行聚合物驱。经室内试验确定了“温和型”调剖的设计参数。现场试验表明,采用柠檬酸铝交联工艺,改善了不利的吸水剖面,但未严重降低注水井的吸水性能。单井注入试验确定聚合物在油层中的吸附量;机械剪切降解程度;适用的聚合物类型和最高注入浓度等的关键设计参数。根据室内试验和单井注入性试验,确定了井组的聚合物驱方案。通过调剖和单井注入试验,有4口井见到了明显的增油效果,平均注1吨聚合物可增产原油264吨。 The target layer of polymer flooding in Port 4 Area of ​​Hong Kong is river facies sedimentation, and the reservoir heterogeneity is serious.
