妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤好发于20~40岁年轻患者,多有生育要求,经有效化疗后,5年生存率可达92.7%。但化疗对卵巢功能的影响及再次妊娠结局等问题备受关注。本文综述了近年关于化疗对妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤患者卵巢功能的影响、妊娠结局及保留生育功能手术等相关问题的研究进展,旨在为临床诊治策略提供有意义的参考。
Gestational trophoblastic tumors occur in young patients aged 20 to 40, and more fertility requirements, after effective chemotherapy, 5-year survival rate of up to 92.7%. However, the impact of chemotherapy on ovarian function and pregnancy outcomes again concern. This review summarizes recent research progress on the effects of chemotherapy on ovarian function in patients with gestational trophoblastic tumor, pregnancy outcome and operation of preserving fertility and so on, aiming to provide a meaningful reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.
