针对某电厂电机组在投运后仅700 h左右,高温再热器即发生的爆管事故,进行了综合分析。找出了爆管的根本原因是氮化物和硼化物夹杂的存在,并给出了相应的预防措施。
A comprehensive analysis was carried out for the explosion of a high-temperature reheater, which occurred only about 700 hours after the commissioning of a power plant. The root cause of squib was found to be the existence of nitrides and boride inclusions, and corresponding precautionary measures were given.
