Fifteen individual anti-HBc positive patients were vaccinated with 3 doses of 10 μg Hepatic Hepatitis B Vaccine according to 0, 1 and 6 regimens, and 15.4% showed recall reaction, suggesting that this part of human has been immunized in the past infection; 26.7% Occasional reactions may be serologically false positive in some people; 60.0% of the vaccine have no or weak response and may represent “low” HBsAg carriers. HBsAg was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 70 individuals with anti-HBc positive assayed by ELISA and RIA. The positive rate was 12.9%, indicating that the single anti-HBc positive was associated with HBV carrier. The single anti-HBc Some people who are positive for HBV carriers
