随着传统出版与新兴出版和其他产业的融合发展,出版业的竞争生态将发生前所未有的变化,对出版企业编辑的从业素质也相应提出了更高要求和标准。文章着重从编辑职称体系、编辑岗位体系、编辑培训体系、编辑激励体系、编辑考核体系五个方面阐述如何建立科学、系统的人才培养机制,从而更好地推动编辑转型。
With the integration of traditional publishing and emerging publishing and other industries, there will be unprecedented changes in the competition ecology of publishing industry, and correspondingly higher requirements and standards will be put forward for the quality of editing of publishing enterprises. The article focuses on how to establish a scientific and systematic talent cultivation mechanism from five aspects: editing title system, editing post system, editing and training system, editing and incentive system, editing and evaluation system, so as to promote editorial transformation better.
