As an international language,English is not only the bridge to communicate between countries,but also an important media for exchanging information.Thus,as one of the communicating methods,oral English is very important.The thesis consists of three parts.The first part will be about the current situation and some troubles in oral English teaching and learning.The second part will analyze the causes of unsuccessful oral English learning and last part will present some solutions to those problems and some practical methods to improve students’ oral English.
