为探讨降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)在消化性溃疡发病中的作用,选择消化性溃疡患者45例,健康对照组30名,用放射免疫法测定其血浆CGRP、ET水平。结果血浆CGRP水平消化性溃疡患者为27.61±10.38pg/ml。健康对照组为34.82±8.55pg/ml,消化性溃疡患者显著低于健康对照组(t=3.15,P<0.01);血浆ET水平消化性溃疡患者为66.59±12.60pg/ml,健康对照组为52.5±7.88pg/ml,消化性溃疡患者显著高于健康对照组(t=5.41。P<0.01)。提示胃肠肽类血管活性物质之间的失衡在消化性溃疡的发病中具有一定作用,在消化性溃疡发生发展受治疗中,要重视胃粘膜内源性保护因子的研究。
In order to investigate the role of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer, 45 patients with peptic ulcer and 30 healthy control subjects were enrolled in this study. Plasma CGRP, ET Level. Results The plasma level of CGRP in patients with peptic ulcer was 27.61 ± 10.38pg / ml. The healthy control group was 34.82 ± 8.55pg / ml, peptic ulcer patients were significantly lower than the healthy control group (t = 3.15, P <0.01); the plasma ET level of peptic ulcer patients was 66.59 ± 12.60pg / ml, 52.5 ± 7.88pg / ml, peptic ulcer patients was significantly higher than the healthy control group (t = 5.41.P <0.01). It is suggested that the imbalance between gastrointestinal peptides and vasoactive substances plays a role in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. In the treatment of peptic ulcer, the study of endogenous protective factor of gastric mucosa should be emphasized.
