Objective To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia on stress ulcer in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction confirmed by cranial CT or MR were randomly divided into mild hypothermia group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The mild hypothermia group was treated with routine hypothermia while cerebral infarction was given. The control group was given routine After 3 weeks of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated and the incidence of stress ulcer was observed. Results The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of stress ulcer was significantly lower than the control group, the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia can reduce the incidence of stress ulcer and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
