目的:质控考核是提高实验室检验水平的重要途径,是对细菌实验室检测质量评价的方法,通过质控考核提高细菌室实验室检测能力,检验人员技术水平,增强实验室竞争力。我疾控中心参加了2012年6月国家食品安全风险评估中心组织食品安全风险监测质控考核,奶粉中食源性致病菌定性分析的质控考核工作。对此次质控考核盲样,细菌室对盲样进行了常见食源性致病菌的全面分析,通过增菌分离培养等一系列复杂系统的鉴定,最终确定盲样中含有沙门氏菌(C1群;布伦登卢普沙门氏菌)和阪崎肠杆菌,反馈结果为“满意”。
OBJECTIVE: Quality control assessment is an important way to improve the laboratory test quality. It is a method to evaluate the quality of the bacterial laboratory test. Through the quality control examination, it can improve the laboratory testing ability of the bacteria room, inspect the technical level of the staff and enhance the competitiveness of the laboratory. My CDC participated in the quality control assessment of organization of food safety risk monitoring and quality control assessment in June 2012 and the qualitative analysis of foodborne pathogens in milk powder. The quality control assessment of blind samples, bacteria room for blind samples of a common food-borne pathogenic bacteria were analyzed by enrichment and isolation and culture of a series of complex system identification, and ultimately determine the blind sample containing Salmonella (C1 group ; Salmonella Brennan and Enterobacter sakazakii, the result is “Satisfaction ”.
