目的:探索游泳劳损法结合限食法制作大鼠气虚模型,并观察补中益气汤对气虚证大鼠血液流变性的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组,气虚模型组,补中益气汤高(4.0 g·ml~(-1))、中(2.0 g·ml~(-1))、低(1.0 g·ml~(-1))剂量组。利用游泳劳损法结合限食法制备大鼠气虚模型,造模同时给药,实验结束后对模型进行评价及检测各组血流流变学参数。结果:利用本实验方法成功制作大鼠气虚造模,补中益气汤高、中、低剂量对气虚大鼠全血高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞变形指数及聚集指数均有不同程度的改善作用。结论:游泳劳损法加限食法能成功制作大鼠气虚模型,且补中益气汤对气虚大鼠血液流变学有明显的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the hemorheology of rats with Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, Qi deficiency model group, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (4.0 g·ml -1), medium (2.0 g·ml -1), and low (1.0 g·ml~(-1)) dose group. The rat qi deficiency model was prepared by using the swimming strain method combined with the restriction diet method. Simultaneous administration of the model was performed. After the experiment, the model was evaluated and the blood flow rheological parameters of each group were measured. RESULTS: The experimental method was successfully used to make Qi deficiency model in rats. The high-, medium-, and low-dose of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in whole blood of Qi-deficiency rats had high cut viscosity, middle cut viscosity, low cut viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen. Erythrocyte deformation index and aggregation index have different degrees of improvement. Conclusion: The rat model of qi deficiency can be successfully produced by the method of swimming strain plus food restriction, and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can obviously improve the hemorheology of Qi deficiency rats.
