热休克蛋白70与肢体缺血再灌注损伤研究进展

热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的细胞保护作用,在神经系统、心肌、肝脏、肾脏等器官缺血再灌注损伤方面的研究已比较深入,而在肢体缺血再灌注损伤后细胞保护作用方面的研究,有待进一步加强和重视。 实验证实,HSP70不仅在受到热应激时表达,在组织缺血、缺氧时也能诱导HSP70的表达。肢体缺血1~1.5小时,仅引起肢体轻微而不可逆的细胞损害,血供恢复后无HSP70的诱导增强;肢体缺血4~5小时,HSP70即有高水平的表达。……
