Government decision-making from the brewing discussion to the formulation of implementation, is a combination of democracy and concentration process. How to implement the principle of democratic centralism in this process? In my opinion, the key is to give full play to their own functions and effectively solve the democratization and scientification of decision-making procedures as well as the work style and working methods of leading cadres. Democratization of decision-making is a prerequisite for correctly making scientific decisions. In the decision-making process of democracy, the government office, as a distributing center for all aspects of information, has a number of positions for research, consultation, information and proposals.
