急性消化道溃疡大出血，是烧伤严重并发症之一，处理不当常危及病人生命。小儿烧伤由于机体代偿能力较差，并发急性消化道溃疡大出血的比例较成人为高。本文就１６例小儿烧伤后并发急性消化道溃疡大出血的诱因、临床特点、手术治疗方法以及预防进行了探讨。 Acute peptic ulcer bleeding, one of the serious complications of burn, improper handling often endanger the lives of patients. Pediatric burns due to poor body compensatory capacity, acute hemorrhagic peptic ulcer bleeding was higher than adults. In this paper, 16 cases of pediatric burn complicated by acute gastrointestinal bleeding causes, clinical features, surgical treatment and prevention were discussed.
