银锌渣经HCl NaClO3 NaCl溶液浸取得到BiCl3 溶液 ,BiCl3 溶液中的Pb2 + 和Ag+ 含量分别高达 13 71.4mg/L和 46.1mg/L。在此BiCl3 溶液中 ,采用银锌渣除Pb2 + 、Nal除Ag+ ,当银锌渣除铅条件为液固比 10∶1、起始pH值 0 .3~ 0 .4、搅拌速度 10 0 0r/min、反应时间不超过 15min、加入NaI的量为理论量的 1.2~ 1.4倍除银铅时 ,溶液中的Pb2 + 和Ag+ 降到 1mg/L左右 ,将除Pb2 + 、Ag+ 后的BiCl3 溶液水解、转化可以制得高纯Bi2 O3 。
