目的阐述硝酸银滴定液标定的不确定度的评估方法及其原理。方法按照《中国药典》2010年版二部附录规定进行配制与标定,以容量分析的方法测定药品的含量,以硝酸银滴定液(0.1mol/L)为例,具体说明对浓度进行不确定度计算的方法及步骤。结果与结论硝酸银滴定液的溶液的浓度为(0.1015±0.0002)mol/L。
Objective To describe the evaluation method and principle of the uncertainty of the calibration of silver nitrate titration solution. Methods The preparation and calibration were carried out according to the two appendixes of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), and the contents of drugs were determined by volumetric analysis. Taking the silver nitrate titration solution (0.1mol / L) as an example, the uncertainty of concentration was calculated Methods and steps.
