随着现代企业管理制度的发展,对企业预算管理要求越来越高,企业预算管理的难度随着增加。企业预算管理的考核评价体系是企业预算管理中及其重要的一个部分,有助于科学和合理地规范企业预算管理。本文以企业预算管理的考核体系为视角,综合分析企业预算管理考核体系的构建方式。以期为企业预算管理考核体系做出理论贡献。
