目的观察丹东地区青少年学生体育锻炼行为对心理效益量表评分影响。方法 2013年03月~2013年05月作者对辽宁省丹东市第一中学高中二年级394名同学进行了“体育锻炼态度量表”、“体育活动等级量表”及“青少年体育锻炼心理效益评定量表”测试。结果入选对象平均体育锻炼态度得分为(212.69±18.01)分,体育锻炼态度高分组(≥212.69分,187名)的PBSPEA各维度分及总分均明显优于体育锻炼态度低分组(<212.69分,207名)(P<0.01或P<0.05)。入选对象平均体育锻炼等级得分为(6.83±1.75)分,高等级体育锻炼组(≥6.83分,215名)的PBSPEA各维度分及总分均明显优于低等级体育锻炼组(<6.83分,179名)(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论丹东地区青少年学生体育锻炼行为对心理效益评分有重要影响。
Objective To observe the impact of physical activity on scores of mental health scale of young students in Dandong area. METHODS: From March 2013 to May 2013, the author conducted a survey on 394 students in the second year of high school in Dadong City, Liaoning Province, including Physical Attitude Scale, Physical Activity Scale, and Youth Physical exercise psychological benefit scale "test. Results The mean physical activity scores of the selected subjects were (212.69 ± 18.01) points. The scores of the PBSPEA scores and the total score of the physical activity groups with high attitude scores (≥ 212.69 points and 187 points) were significantly better than those with low attitude scores (<212.69 points , 207) (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The mean scores of PBSPEA in high-grade physical exercise group (≥6.83, 215) were significantly better than those in low-grade physical exercise group (<6.83, 179) (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion Adolescents’ physical exercise in Dandong has a significant impact on the psychological benefit score.
