目的:研究维吾尔药材刺山柑的组培快繁技术,为大量生产种苗提供方法和技术。方法:以新疆吐鲁番采集的刺山柑种子为实验材料,以MS为基本培养基,通过不同的激素种类和浓度配比,选择出最佳培养基配方。结果:最佳消毒条件为流水冲洗8 h,升汞灭菌12 min。最佳启动和继代培养基为MS+6-BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.6 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为MS+IBA 0.8 mg/L+活性炭300 mg/L。结论:本研究得出的方法可用于工厂化生产维吾尔药材刺山柑种苗。
OBJECTIVE: To study tissue culture and propagation techniques of Uyghur medicine Cappuccino so as to provide methods and techniques for mass production of seedlings. Methods: The capparis seed collected from Turpan, Xinjiang was used as experimental material, MS as basic medium, and the best medium formula was selected through different hormone types and concentrations. Results: The best disinfection conditions were running water 8 h, mercury sterilization 12 min. The optimal medium for growth and subculture was MS + 6-BA 0.6 mg / L + NAA 0.1 mg / L, and the best proliferation medium was MS + 6- BA 0.6 mg / L + 2,4-D 1.0 mg / L, the best rooting medium was MS + IBA 0.8 mg / L + activated carbon 300 mg / L. Conclusion: The method of this study can be used for the industrial production of Uygur medicine Cappuccino seedlings.
