患儿韦××,男,13岁,壮族,学生。1982年6月30日入院。左侧鼻腔生一肿物已有3个多月,双侧鼻阻,不流鼻涕,头痛不明显。但有耳鸣,无听力障碍。睡觉时鼾声大。反复鼻衄三次,每次约300ml。若患“感冒”有吞咽困难。鼻生瘤后,身体逐渐消瘦。检查:体温、脉搏、血压均正常。体重26kg。发育良好,营养差,体质消瘦,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大,面色较苍白,张口呼吸,鼻音重。内、外科情况无特殊。左侧鼻外部隆起,变形。从左侧鼻腔伸出一肿物到鼻前庭,鼻中隔被挤向对侧。右侧鼻甲与鼻腔外侧壁相贴。左侧软腭隆起。鼻咽镜检查:见鼻咽部有一巨大肿物,灰白色,呈分叶状,肿瘤几乎占据整个鼻咽腔,质硬,触之易
