本试验以大豆 M_1代的株高和成株率为指标,研究了种子辐照后贮藏的当代效应。初步明确了贮藏具有使当代辐射生物效应增强的趋势,这种趋势随着贮藏日数的增加而增加。主要表现在生长受抑制,成株率降低,这种现象的出现是在贮藏71天的起点上,因此可以认为种子辐照后在一个半月至二个月内播种对辐射当代效应无影响。种子照射后在我省12月至翌年4月份贮藏在室温和仓库自然温度下,对辐射当代生物效应的影响无明显差异。
In this experiment, the plant height and adult rate of M_1 generation in soybean were used as indexes to study the contemporary effect of seed storage after irradiation. It is clear that the storage has the tendency to enhance the biological effects of contemporary radiation, and this trend increases with the increase of storage days. Mainly manifested in growth inhibition, decreased plant yield, this phenomenon occurs in the storage of 71 days starting point, it can be considered in the seed irradiation within a month and a half months to sowing no effect on contemporary radiation. After the seeds were irradiated in our province from December to April the following year, stored at room temperature and natural temperature in the warehouse, the biological effects of radiation on the impact of no significant difference.
