先前,总以为地产行业就是一个战场,风声鹤唳、杀机四伏。游荡其间的战士,似乎只有两条路可选择:胜利还是失败。于是不是你死便是我亡,胜利者享受英雄的赞誉,失败者独吞悲壮的苦果。然而果直如此吗?侧身于他们期间,你会明白,试图探求高下是多么可笑。在这块物产肥沃的土地上,他们多半是在自己的山头上既揣摩着彼此,同时也相视而笑。
