目的了解昆山市近年来食物中毒流行特征和趋势,为制定食物中毒的预防控制对策提供依据。方法收集2010—2012年昆山市食物中毒报告材料进行统计分析,并与全国同期食物中毒情况进行比较。结果昆山市近3年来食物中毒报告起数呈下降趋势,平均年发病率为7.93/10万,远高于全国平均水平。食物中毒的高发期在第3、4季度,其中不明原因的食物中毒占总数的51.52%,食物中毒主要发生在集体食堂。结论昆山市食物中毒形势较严峻,尤其不明原因及发生在集体食堂的食物中毒比例过高。建议通过强化集体用餐单位针对性监督管理措施,提高检测能力,完善食物中毒预警机制,加强对食物中毒的预防和控制。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and trends of food poisoning in Kunshan City in recent years and provide evidence for the prevention and control measures of food poisoning. Methods The data of food poisoning in Kunshan from 2010 to 2012 were collected for statistical analysis and compared with the national food poisoning over the same period. Results Kunshan City reported the number of reported food poisoning in the past three years has been declining, with an average annual incidence of 7.93 / 100,000, much higher than the national average. The highest incidence of food poisoning in the third and fourth quarter, of which unspecified food poisoning accounted for 51.52% of the total, food poisoning occurs mainly in the canteens. Conclusion The situation of food poisoning in Kunshan City is more serious, especially for unknown reasons and the high proportion of food poisoning in collective canteens. Proposed to strengthen the collective dining units targeted supervision and management measures to improve the detection capabilities, improve food poisoning early warning mechanism to strengthen the prevention and control of food poisoning.
