本文通过对呼和浩特市失地农民状况的调查和对失地农民养老保险实施办法的研究,分析了现行办法在引入商业保险运作理念方面的先进性,同时结合呼和浩特市的现状,对现行失地农民养老保险办法提出了一些将更多商业保险理念引入的改进性意见,并且利用商业保险的精算原理计算出了更加精准合理的保险费率。
Based on the investigation of the state of landless peasants in Hohhot and the research on the ways of implementing the endowment insurance of landless peasants, this paper analyzes the advanced nature of the current approach in introducing the concept of commercial insurance. At the same time, combining the current situation of Hohhot, Put forward some improved suggestions to introduce more commercial insurance concepts and calculated the more accurate and reasonable premium rates by using the actuarial principle of commercial insurance.
