1993年,全国卫生统在反腐倡廉、纠正行业不正之风方面做了大量工作,抓住社会反映的“热点”问题,进行了专项治理。从去年的行风调查情况看,患者对医生护士服务态度的满意(包括较满意)度为86.14%,对医生护士技术水平的满意度为83.29%,对医疗质量的信任度为93.18%,医务人员收受患者钱物的为1.2%,其中暗示索要的占0.14%。据20个省的不完全统计,已清理出不同医院不同名目的累计乱收费项目536项次,其中公布取消的178项次。表明纠风工作取得了一定成效。
In 1993, the National Hygiene Committee did a great deal of work in combating corruption and advocating honesty and correcting unhealthy practices in the industry. It seized on the “hot spots” reflected by society and conducted special treatment. From last year’s survey, patients’ satisfaction with the service attitude of doctors and nurses (including more satisfaction) was 86.14%, satisfaction with doctors and nurses was 83.29%, and trust with medical quality was 93.18%. The person receiving the money from the patient was 1.2%, of which the implied amount accounted for 0.14%. According to incomplete statistics from 20 provinces, 536 accumulated random charges have been cleared out of different hospitals, of which 178 were cancelled. It shows that the rectification work has achieved certain results.
