优化绩效管理是企业在国际经营中达成目标的关键所在,我国国际工程企业限于管理经验的不足,在优化绩效的管理机制方面还需要向欧美发达国家建筑承包商进行借鉴。企业之间的竞争归根到底是人的竞争,企业绩效是建立在员工个人绩效基础之上,而影响企业员工个人绩效的心理契约研究已成为企业海外经营管理中不可忽视的因素。本文以我国海外承包工程的发展为例,对我国企业在国际经营中的绩效管理进行分析,指出其存在的不足,并从心理契约层面提出了基于优化绩效管理的海外员工满意度提高措施。
Optimizing performance management is the key point that the enterprise achieves the goal in the international business. The international engineering enterprise in our country is limited to the lack of management experience. It also needs to learn from the construction contractors in the developed countries in Europe and the United States in the management mechanism to optimize performance. The competition among enterprises is the competition of human beings in the final analysis. The enterprise performance is based on the individual performance of employees, and the research of psychological contract that affects the individual performance of employees has become a factor that can not be neglected in the overseas operation and management of enterprises. Taking the development of overseas contracted projects in China as an example, this paper analyzes the performance management of Chinese enterprises in international operations, points out its shortcomings and puts forward measures to improve the satisfaction degree of overseas employees based on the optimization of performance management from the aspect of psychological contract.
