2002-2008年惠州市区医疗机构消毒质量监测

目的了解广东省惠州市区医疗机构消毒质量,探讨消毒监测中存在的问题,加强医院感染监控力度。方法采用普查的方法,按照统一的技术方案对辖区内医疗机构进行消毒质量监测,收集2002-2008年惠州市疾病预防控制中心对医疗机构进行消毒监测的数据,并用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果2002-2008年惠州市区医疗机构消毒监测样品总数依次为3270、2399、3861、5206、5054、5267、4584份,合格率依次为87.40%、93.25%、89.48%、90.34%、87.73%、87.98%、91.19%,总合格率为89.41%。二级以上、一级和社会医疗机构消毒监测样品合格率分别为91.13%、88.05%、87.74%,三者差异有统计学意义(χ2=90.20,P<0.01)。监测样品中病房物体表面合格率最高(97.07%),最低为空气中细菌含量(70.42%)。结论二级以下的医疗机构消毒质量较低,因此,一级和社会医疗机构是消毒监测工作的重点。 Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, to explore the problems in disinfection monitoring and to strengthen the monitoring of hospital infection. Methods The method of census was used to monitor the disinfection quality of medical institutions in the area in accordance with the unified technical plan. The data of disinfection monitoring of medical institutions collected by Huizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 2002-2008 were collected and analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results The total number of disinfection monitoring samples of medical institutions in Huizhou City in 2002-2008 were 3270,2399,3861,5206,5054,5267,4584, the pass rate was 87.40%, 93.25%, 89.48%, 90.34%, 87.73% 87.98%, 91.19%, the total pass rate was 89.41%. The qualified rates of disinfection monitoring samples of Grade II and above, Grade I and social medical institutions were 91.13%, 88.05% and 87.74% respectively, with significant difference (χ2 = 90.20, P <0.01). The highest qualified rate of ward objects in the monitoring samples (97.07%) and the lowest content of bacteria in the air (70.42%). Conclusion The quality of disinfection of medical institutions below the second level is low, therefore, the primary and social medical institutions are the focus of disinfection monitoring.
