随着我国社会主义市场经济制度的不断完善,社会公众对政府诚信建设的愿望愈加迫切,尤其在加入世贸后,国际做法开阔了国人的视野,推进政府诚信建设、提高政府公信力已经成为社会公众的普遍共识。党和国家审时度势,提出了打造诚信政府建设、提高政府公信力的战略要求。针对我国政府公信力存在的问题,学术界加强理论研究,把中央的战略要求贯彻到理论研究的成果中。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy in our country, the aspirations of the public for the construction of government honesty have become increasingly urgent.
