钻削压力机飞轮轴上φ45mm深孔是个老大难问题。飞轮轴长达1.2m或1.8m,材料是40Cr锻件,调质后硬度达HRC22。过去采用硬质合金焊接式的深孔钻,钻头切削刃的对称性、几何形状、尺寸都难以测量和控制,因而钻削时刀片往往产生崩刃和碎裂;刀片经过焊接后使用寿命还大大降低。为此,我厂和公司刀具推广队共同试制成φ45mm不重磨深孔钻,经过一段时间使用,效果良好。现介绍如下。φ45mm不重磨深孔钻的结构原理:是将工件的φ45孔分为φ21(2×10.5)及φ45减去φ21的两个部分,由两块刀片分别担任切削,一次钻出。
