我厂切装车间从今年三月份起,由点到面全面推广了班组经济核算,有力地促进了增产节约。劳动生产率逐月上升,三月份比二月份提高20%,四月份比三月份提高3.5%,五月份比四月份提高7%,六月比五月提高0.6%,七月又比六月提高10%。车间成本逐月下降,三月份比二月份降低0.55%,四月份比三月份降低1%,五月份比四月份下降0.15%,六月份比计划降低1.64%,七月份比计划降低3.65%,比六月份又降低2.01%。切装车间,过去也搞过班组经济核算,但是,未能持久巩固下来。主要原因是:
