本实验采用双层琼脂体外心肌和细胞共培养的方法,研究了恶性人体食管癌细胞(Eca-109)以及该细胞和正常中国地鼠卵巢细胞(CHO)的杂交细胞(109×CHO)的体外浸润能力。实验表明:Eca-109细胞体外有浸润鸡胚心肌的能力,并有破坏正常组织的行为;Eca-109和CHO的杂交细胞不但自身的浸润能力降低,而且对其恶性亲本细胞Eca-109的浸润能力也有抑制作用;而正常CHO细胞的自身融合细胞不影响恶性Eca-109细胞的浸胞的浸润能力。
