采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳方法分析了大豆子叶、幼茎和初生叶的苹果酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酯酸和过氧化物酶同工酶.结果表明:大豆不同器官的同工酶酶谱存在明显差别.某些高产新品种的酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶条带数较老品种多,相对含量高,而苹果酸脱氢酶和过氧化物酶的同工酶条带数少,相对含量低;育种后代的酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶条带数和相对含量比亲本多,而苹果酸脱氢酶和过氧化物酶同工酶比亲本少.
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze malate dehydrogenase, acid phosphate acid and peroxidase isozymes in cotyledon, young stem and primary leaf of soybean.The results showed that isozymes of different organs of soybean There were significant differences in the zymogram.The acid phosphatase isozyme bands of some high-yielding new cultivars were more than the old ones and the content of malate dehydrogenase and peroxidase was less , And the relative content was low. The number and relative content of acid phosphatase isozymes in breeding progenies were more than that in the parent, while malate dehydrogenase and peroxidase isozyme were less than those in the parent.
