血小板来源于骨髓成熟巨核细胞的细胞质,主要生理功能是止血和参与血栓形成。研究表明,血小板数量和功能异常与很多疾病密切相关。近年来,对中暑的研究发现,血小板计数下降预示病死率增加,可作为重症中暑预后预测指标[1],提示血小板可能参与了重症中暑发病机制。本文就血小板和中暑关系作一综述。1血小板参与中暑发病机制血小板具有高度有序的细胞骨架、内膜系统、特化的分泌颗粒、独特的受体和灵敏的信号通路。
Platelets are derived from the cytoplasm of myeloid mature megakaryocytes and their major physiological function is to stop bleeding and participate in thrombosis. Research shows that the number of platelets and dysfunction and many diseases are closely related. In recent years, the study of heat stroke, found that decreased platelet count indicates an increase in mortality can be used as a predictor of severe heat stroke prognosis [1], suggesting that platelets may be involved in the pathogenesis of severe heat stroke.
