教师是提高教育教学质量的关键性因素,而教师效能感则是对优秀教师衡量的重要指标之一,也反映着教师素质的高低。本研究聚焦于中小学教师效能感现状,对北京市四所学校开展调查。结果发现:北京市中小学教师效能感整体良好,处于中等偏高水平。两个维度上,教师个人教学效能感显著高于一般教育效能感。不同群体方面,教师效能感:不同学段、教龄、职称和学历间没有显著差异,不同性质学校、性别之间存在显著差异;个人教学效能感维度:不同性质学校、学段、性别、职称和学历间没有显著差异,不同教龄之间存在显著差异;一般教育效能感维度:不同学段、性别和学历间没有显著差异,不同性质学校、教龄、职称之间存在显著差异。
Teachers are the key factors to improve the quality of education and teaching, and teachers’ sense of efficacy is one of the important indicators to measure the outstanding teachers. It also reflects the quality of teachers. This study focuses on the status quo of primary and secondary school teachers’ efficacy and conducts surveys on four schools in Beijing. The result shows that the sense of efficacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing is generally good and at a moderately high level. In two dimensions, the teacher’s personal teaching efficacy is significantly higher than the general education efficacy. In terms of different groups, teachers’ sense of efficacy: there are no significant differences among different sections, teaching age, professional title and academic qualifications, and there are significant differences between schools of different qualities and between sexes. The dimensions of individual teaching efficacy are: schools of different qualities, segments, gender, job title and There was no significant difference between academic qualifications, and there were significant differences among different teaching ages. The dimension of effectiveness of general education: There was no significant difference in different academic periods, gender and educational level. There were significant differences among different types of schools, teaching ages and professional titles.
