本文研究了在PH-2.7的一氯乙酸缓冲溶液中,以偶氮肿Ⅲ分光光度比色法测定钛及钛合金中微量钇的分析方法。络合物的最大吸收峰为655纳米;克分子消光系数e=3.7×10~4。事先用钙(Ⅱ)为载体将钇以氟化物沉淀的形式与钛及合金元素分离。本文曾对钇-偶氮胂Ⅲ的显色及钇与主体元素的分离条件作了研究,0~15微克钇/25毫升符合比耳定律,经试样分析及5微克的加料回收,其相对标准偏差为10%。
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace yttrium in titanium and titanium alloys by azo-swirl spectrophotometry in PH-2.7 monochloroacetic acid buffer solution was studied. The maximum absorption peak of the complex is 655 nm; the extinction coefficient of molybdenum is 3.7 × 10 ~ 4. Prior to the use of calcium (II) as a carrier yttrium in the form of fluoride precipitation with titanium and alloying elements. In this paper, the color of yttrium-arsenazo Ⅲ and the separation conditions of yttrium and its host were studied. Beer’s law of 0-15 μg yttrium / 25 ml accorded with Beer’s law, and the sample was analyzed and the amount of 5 μg was recovered. The standard deviation is 10%.
