国内对于创业投资与产业投资的界定普遍是模糊甚至错误的,对两者加以辨析是发展我国资本市场的客观需要。通过比较,对投资工具的运用提供理论基础,具有一定现实意义。
The domestic definition of venture capital and industrial investment is generally vague and even wrong. To distinguish between the two is an objective need for the development of China’s capital market. By comparison, the application of investment tools provide a theoretical basis, with some practical significance.
