目的建立原料蛋白粉中锌含量的简便检测方法。方法蛋黄粉待测样品经微波消解,加入5mL浓硝酸后缓慢振摇几次,再加入2mL过氧化氢放置5min,拧紧盖子在微波消解设备中进行充分消解,冷却后在带孔式电热板上赶酸至1mL,用2%的盐酸溶液转移至50mL容量瓶中,摇匀。结果该检测方法仪器检出限为0.092mg/kg,在元素线性范围内相关系数R为0.999以上,回收率为97.2%~101.5%。结论本检测方法操作步骤简便,检测结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish a simple method for the determination of zinc in raw protein powder. Methods The sample of egg yolk powder was digested by microwave. After adding 5 mL of concentrated nitric acid, it was slowly shaken several times and then added with 2 mL of hydrogen peroxide for 5 min. Tighten the cap thoroughly to digest in a microwave digestion apparatus. After cooling, Catch acid to 1mL, with 2% hydrochloric acid solution was transferred to 50mL volumetric flask, shake. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.092 mg / kg. The correlation coefficient R was 0.999 or more within the linear range of the element, and the recovery rate was 97.2% ~ 101.5%. Conclusion The test method is simple and convenient, the test results are accurate and reliable.
