引言伴随德国大、中、小学及孔子学院不断掀起的学习汉语热潮,对高质量合格师资的需求与日俱增。除了最近开设的少数几个汉语作为外语的研究生选修课程,大学里尚没有系统、长期的汉语教师培训项目。德国的汉语教师当中,有的是“在职”训练自己的技能;有的是德语专业的中国人,他们把自己的德语教学经验转化为汉语教学;有的是在中国接受过教育的德国汉学专业人士。 Introduction With the continuous upsurge of learning Chinese in primary, secondary and primary schools and Confucius Institutes in Germany, there is a growing demand for qualified teachers. In addition to the few recent elective courses offered by Chinese as a foreign language, there is no systematic and long-term Chinese language teacher training program in universities. Among the Chinese teachers in Germany, some are “on-the-job” training their skills; others are German-speaking Chinese who translate their German teaching experience into Chinese teaching; some are Chinese Han-educated professionals who have been educated in China.
