1999年、2000年、2001年我国房地产开发投资分别与上一年同比增长13.8%、19.5%、25.3%,2002年1～9月份同比增长29.4%;新建房屋竣工面积同比增长分别为28%、16%、18.6%,2002年1～9月同比增长26.4%;销售面积同比增长分别为25%、27%和22.3%,2002年1～9月同比增长24%。从上面一组数据看,我国房地产的投资、竣工面积、销售面积连续四年以两位数快速增
Investment in real estate development in China in 1999, 2000 and 2001 respectively increased by 13.8%, 19.5% and 25.3% as compared with the previous year respectively, up 29.4% from January to September 2002; the newly-built houses completed a year-on-year increase of 28% 16% and 18.6% respectively from January to September in 2002, an increase of 26.4% over the same period of 2002; the sales area increased by 25%, 27% and 22.3% respectively over the same period of last year; from January to September 2002, an increase of 24% over the same period of last year.
